Not sure as I didn't stick around long enough to read the whole thing. Was a long post saying goodbye and that his vacation might be permanent(from The Hook). I never knew he was a mod? when did that happen? Josh got demoted too I guess. Things are a changin over there. people gettin booted and threads getting locked... I say save the drama...blah blah blah.

at this point - pathetic site. glad i could expose it , and i am not joking. too many posers there as opposed to here. love to know how many people there never saw the dead as opposed to here
my god. i know i was toast at some point. glad i got to have them reveal what posers most are. totally sad. i hope some decide to come here with th real heads. i'd love to see the demographics on dead posts - here vs there

sorry to make it sound like that i meant "everyone" over there - i should have been more explicit. i posted yesterday about how many people of there i like and were not involved with the shit. there were only a few who came across as total fakes. i never claimed not to be an asshole myself sometimes.
i could make a huge list of the poeple over there who are still in my heart and i that i will dearly miss. the list of total assholes would be much shorter, but they are there.
sorry for the confusion/misunderstanding. my post was poorly phrased

Let me set a some what record straight.
Gina is not GratefulFred. Poice was not a mod. Josh got demoted. huntr is a good guy, very straight shooter. There looks to be way more deadhook talk over here. I didn't read the posts by Todd or Don I don't know the story I won't even entertain it. maybe some panties were in a bunch, I don't know. But it pissed the wrong people off. I'm not in any kind of inner circle, i'm not the most popular dude on the hook. Todd are you in or out? make up your mind. Last look your still posting and haven't been banned. Being banned is not something to be proud of. peace out to you both and good luck.

I DID read the threads and it's clear that Don and Todd ruffled some feahers, but not beyond repair. IMO.
Huntr's replies and comments after the removal of Don and Todd make him look like an ass. I can't say he IS an ass because I really don't know him. I just know that his posts we very inflammatory and were not the posts of a straight shooter...more like rubbing salt in open wounds.

though after spending way too much time observing the soap opera I tend to agree with you...that is quite the sociological study over there to say the very least...
fortunately I begin a new gig on tuesday and I am sure my lurking at other dead sites will be the first thing to go...
like the music we listen to, what we want out of our forums is totally a personal choice so I will be the last one to bash deadhook or other forums that don't meet my needs...but simply put it will be nice when there is less cross-forum shit going on...

I just tried to log in to Deadhook, to find out I've been banned forever, with no clue why. There isn't even a way for me to contact & see what happened. I'm not sure I ever posted there.
